the couple that vaccinates together, well... travels together

just about 6 weeks to go until we're off on our honeymoon! we've just recently finished booking the entire trip and are very much looking forward to seeing kenya and tanzania! we'll be on safari for several days, staying in one of those beautiful, lush, luxury tented camps. then we're off to zanzibar for a week of relaxation in a secluded villa on a stretch of white sand in the indian ocean.

we still have to go get our visas, but in the meantime, we got our vaccines today. nothing says romance like a shot of a live yellow fever vaccine in the arm. like true egyptian style, the government building giving the immunizations was in god-awful form. totally ghetto and horrible. i double-checked that all the needles were coming out of new, plastic wrapping and panicked just a little bit before getting mine.

we started to feel a little light and sick afterwards, so we stopped by our favorite, city drink, to load up on fresh juices and vitamins.

now we're officially covered for the next 10 years, so we better be done with africa and asia by then!
